If you know what you want to do and just need help getting started, try this session. In this single session, Dr. Ling uses techniques to ignite your understanding, motivation and action to boost you up in your healing journey. Patients benefit from increased momentum, realistic hope and clarity.

• One-on-one care and attention for entire session
• Tongue diagnosis
• Pulse diagnosis
• Analysis of medical reports (patient recommended to obtain and bring to session, or email in advance)
• Complete explanation of the interconnectedness of all your symptoms using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) methodology
• Complete explanation of the root cause(s) of your condition from TCM perspective
• Dietary and Nutritional Counselling using TCM theory, physiology, natural medicine & guidance on appropriate supplements
• Detailed written list of take-home recommendations for short, medium and long-term

Over five sessions, generally every 2-4 weeks, depending on patient needs, Dr. Ling uses a patient-focused tailored approach to navigate with you the essential elements needed for your health empowerment. We explore where you are, where you want to be, and design a plan together to move toward your goals. Patients benefit from clear direction, heightened consciousness, and the power of manifesting health gains.
